You have the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt of the package without giving a reason (not applicable to gift cards).

We only accept returns for new and unworn jewelry. If your order shows a defect or a piece of jewelery is missing, please notify us once. Either by email to: contact@flemengo.de or via the contact form below . Otherwise there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded. When purchasing a set, the individual products are counted as part of a total product and can therefore only be returned together. Therefore, when returning a set, please send back all the associated items together.
