How much are the shipping costs?
Germany, Austria & Switzerland:
If your order exceeds 50€, you will receive free shipping. If you stay below this amount, you pay €3.99 for shipping within Germany and €4.99 for shipping to Austria or Switzerland.
International shipping:
If you do not live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, you will pay €5.99 for shipping. The minimum order value is also 50€.
What are the shipping methods?
Germany, Austria & Switzerland:
The jewellery will be sent to you by Deutsche Post/DHL as "Warenpost". As soon as the parcel is received by the post office, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
International shipping:
The jewellery will be sent to you by Deutsche Post/DHL as International Premium "Warenpost". As soon as the parcel is received by the post office, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
How long does delivery take?
Germany, Austria & Switzerland:
Shipping usually takes 3-6 days (Monday-Saturday).
International shipping:
Shipping usually takes 5-14 days (Monday-Saturday).
Where is delivery?
You can shop at FLEMENGO if you live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Delivery to a PO Box or Packstation is not possible.

What is your return policy?
You have the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt of the package without giving a reason.
This does not apply to:
- Voucher cards
- Jewelery where the product page expressly states otherwise
We only accept returns for new and unworn jewelry. If your order shows a defect or a piece of jewelery is missing, please notify us once. Either by email to: contact@flemengo.de or via the contact form . Otherwise there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded. When purchasing a set, the individual products are counted as part of a total product and can therefore only be returned together. Therefore, when returning a set, please send back all the associated items together.
Who bears the costs of the return?
You have to bear the costs for the return yourself. It is most cost-effective if you send the jewelery to the Deutsche Post as a maxi letter or goods post - approx. €2.70. Please keep the return receipt in a safe place in case a package should go missing. We will contact you as soon as we have received the return.
How does your return work?
Step 1: A delivery note is included in your package (this is not a return label!). Enclose the completed delivery note with your return. If the delivery note is missing, enclose a piece of paper with the following information:

- Your order number -
- Reason for return -

Please do not forget to stamp your parcel sufficiently. It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until your refund has been made. Please note: sets, such as jewelery sets or promotional packages, can only be returned in full. It is not possible to return a single piece of jewelry.
A personal handover of your return directly in our warehouse is not possible.

Jewels & Materials
What materials is the jewelry made of?
The FLEMENGO pieces of jewelery (*except for the pieces of jewelery from the self-made collection ) are made of 316L stainless steel manufactured. They are all 18K gold plated. Information on the material, beads or stones can also be found in the respective product description.
Where is the jewelry made?
The bracelets & rings from the self-made collection are all handmade by Anne-Marie and are therefore made in Germany.
The remaining pieces of jewelery from the Classy & Boho Festival collection are produced in Asia. We are in close contact with our local manufacturer and a production tour is planned for next year.
Is the jewelry waterproof?
The jewelry from the Classy & the Boho Festival collection are made of 316L stainless steel manufactured and therefore waterproof. Means they don't stain on contact with water.
The bracelets and rings from the self-made collection can also be worn in water, but the color of the cotton bracelets or Miyuki beads may fade over time.
In order to be able to enjoy your jewelery for a particularly long time, you should avoid contact with cosmetic and personal care products, cleaning agents, etc. as much as possible.
Is the jewelry nickel free?
All pieces of jewelery from the Classy & Boho Festival collection are made of 316L stainless steel and are therefore nickel-free (*smallest traces of nickel can never be ruled out).
The pieces of jewelery from the self-made collection are made of cotton or Miyuki beads and are therefore also nickel-free.
